A Midwest native, Atanacio “Nacho” Zamora has been a part of the Levy Restaurants family since 1983. His passion for food has become a way of life and is evident in his role as Executive Chef at BVAA Compass Stadium. Along with his passion for the culinary arts, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a balance of skill from working in some of the nation’s most renowned sports facilities and premium environments including Toyota Center, STAPLES Center, the suites and Stadium Club at U.S. Cellular Ballpark Field and more.
Atanacio started at one of Levy’s most beloved restaurants in Chicago, Randall’s Ribhouse, and brings a restaurateur approach to menu development. By mastering a multitude of culinary techniques and styles, Atanacio creates diverse & flavorful menu options for a variety of settings and situations. During his tenure Atanacio has been responsible for all aspects of operations including the new menu development, food cost management and catering services.
Throughout his career at Levy Restaurants, Atanacio has lead the creative development of menus for numerous national events from the All-Star Games at Toyota Center and the Grammy’s at STAPLES Center, to the 2008 U.S. Open Tennis Tournament and the NBA Playoffs and Finals.
